Regarding HR job for training and placement criteria like the fees,duration proximity,the course content to be taken in to consideration.Prior to that you should consider doing some courses/institutes like MHRM/HRD/MBA(HR),NIPM/ISTD etc. It can be done through Govt. and Pvt. organisations. Again you have to take an informed decision on this.Only few will be catering to the placement aspect. read less

I have completed my BSc (CS) and post that I have wroked for Infosys Bpo (1.5 Years) and after that I made a mistake and joined an institute and started working on Biometric system and its been around 3years.
