You crack the Bank's entrance exams not jobs so your question should be 'How to get a bank's job'. Secondly, Think if you fit into clerical or PO positions and prepare accordingly for IBPS or SBI entrance Exams. There are many private banks too where you can give interviews and get in.

I have completed my BSc (CS) and post that I have wroked for Infosys Bpo (1.5 Years) and after that I made a mistake and joined an institute and started working on Biometric system and its been around 3years. Now I find no growth here and I want to switch back to an MNC, and I get interview calls but when they come to know that I am working in an institute then they dont call back. Now I am totally confused what to do.
