You crack the Bank's entrance exams not jobs so your question should be 'How to get a bank's job'. Secondly, Think if you fit into clerical or PO positions and prepare accordingly for IBPS or SBI entrance Exams. There are many private banks too where you can give interviews and get in.

Take a hammer (perseverance to study 3 hours a day, even if the world is coming to an end) and hit that bank job hard (like a horse running a race, look only in one direction when giving the test, the test paper). That's it. And you WILL crack that test.
