After MBA(HR), no further study is actually essential for starting a career in most of the HR fields. Further studies will only improve your knowledge in particular areas. If you want to specialist in some area which demands degree, diploma, etc. in specific subject, then you should consider it. Keep in mind, practical experience is the real asset. Any further study might be little helpful, but the key to success is actually getting practical knowledge and applying it further. My suggestion is, if possible, you should join some organization and get exposure in core HR areas while doing further studies. read less
