I have completed Bachelors in electrical Engineering from SJMIT Karnataka. Having a passion to explore more about YOGA , I have undergone YIC certification from SVYASA, Bangalore which is one of the renowed yoga university across the world. As yoga is a beautiful combination of both arts and science ,by inculcating kriyas that are recommended in Hatha Yoga Pradeepika and by streamlining their daily practices one can definitely come out of life miseries and develop themselves in a more constructive way.
