I have degree in B.COM (Bachelor of Commerce). My skills are yoga, pre and post netal yoga,fitness,health and wellness and also I am good in auditing and accounting. My accomplishments and achievements in State and National level yoga competition coach, SGF( school and games federation of India) to the school students. I have 3years experience in Yoga teaching and iam yoga teacher in VYS Vedic Yoga Shala since last 2 years ago.my suggestion to follow ashtanga yoga complete transformation in physical,mental,emotional,spiritual its best way to understanding of yoga. That experience shifted how I look at training — not just physical, the breath and the mind are equally involved. Yoga has given me patience, and I often bring that perspective into my sessions when someone is struggling with discipline or stress. Next month, I’m also going for a Vipassana meditation course. It’s something I’ve wanted to do for a long time — to quiet down the noise, build focus, and strengthen that inner discipline. I believe fitness isn’t just what you see on the outside. It’s about mental calm, emotional stability, and then the body naturally follows.
