I have hands-on experience coaching individuals with different fitness levels, goals, and training backgrounds. I have worked with clients pursuing fat loss, strength development, muscle building, and general fitness, including individuals with conditions or histories involving degenerative disc disease (DDD), disc bulges and herniations, knee issues, and neurological limitations such as partial paralysis. My approach begins by understanding each client's goals, training history, lifestyle, current fitness level, movement limitations, and any relevant medical guidance. Based on this, I design individualized training programs with appropriate exercise selection, modifications, loading, and progression. When necessary, I work within the recommendations and restrictions provided by the client's healthcare professional. I also focus on helping individuals safely return to structured exercise after injury, medical setbacks, or prolonged time away from training. My role is not to diagnose or rehabilitate medical conditions, but to help clients build confidence, strength, physical capacity, and return to appropriate exercise following medical guidance where required. During sessions, I emphasize proper technique, progressive overload, appropriate exercise selection, and sustainable habits. I believe clients should understand why they are performing an exercise rather than simply following instructions. My goal is to help people become stronger, more capable, and able to move towards their fullest physical potential.
