I am a certified Personal Fitness Trainer with over 6 years of experience helping individuals transform their health and fitness. I am a Certified Fitness & Rehabilitation (CFR) Trainer, which allows me to develop safe and effective routines even for clients recovering from injuries or dealing with health conditions. Alongside my fitness certification, I hold a Diploma in Food Therapy. This dual expertise in fitness and nutrition enables me to take a holistic approach—combining workout regimens with informed guidance on diet and lifestyle changes for optimal results.

In addition to my role as a trainer, I’m also a Men’s Physique athlete and have won multiple medals in bodybuilding and fitness competitions. These experiences not only reflect my dedication to the discipline but also help me inspire clients by walking the talk. I understand the importance of commitment, consistency, and mindset—lessons I bring into every training session.

I offer both online and offline training sessions, depending on what suits the client best. Whether you're more comfortable working out at home or prefer in-person sessions at a gym or your location, I ensure that you get the same level of attention and motivation.
