Mr. Prabakaran has been my Personal Fitness Trainer and I started training with him from zero level or beginner level. I couldn't manage to do simple workouts initially. But with his expert workout plans by smooth transition and simple diet charts as per my food habits led me to fit and perfect body transformation. Mr. Prabakaran is highly experienced and makes us achieve the difficult targets easily. His positive attitude and energy, teaching techniques, knowledge and professionalism, conviction and commitment, all together led me to do advanced workouts in just 2 months such that, not only I lost excess weight but also started living an active, healthy, fit lifestyle. He truly teaches how to be fit in mind, body and soul. His teachings to younger ones include discipline, values, humility, simplicity and brotherhood besides martial arts / fitness. All these attributes make him the best coach and a great human being. In my opinion, everyone must train from him at least once in life without a forethought. In case of 'value for money', I learned much more than I paid for because fitness is 'healthy body, healthy mind, healthy soul'.
