Play and teach in the Tanjore style which is noted for the Bhava as well as being closest to vocal rendering. I have learnt for over 10 years from a very reputed teacher in Chennai. Have won prizes in Music competitions at various stages and now looking forward to propagate the art of Veena playing in the younger generation. (both Tanjore style of playing ). I have completed Higher Grade (equivalent to Senior Grade) in Instrumental music in Veena.
