"He is a very dedicated teacher and the classes that i took were both basic learning (theory) & practical. Chef Devashish really understood the passion for cooking within me and helped me learn the same even at a age of 25 where i had no prior knowledge of cooking. I would recommend him for both professional and casual cooking learning. "

Passion for cooking makes a great chef like Devashish and creativity with a touch of flexibility makes him an excellent teacher. Experimenting with garnishing style was the best part. Openness of speech and tweaking with the classical style of cooking makes him stand out in the crowd. "

"I learnt how to make pasta an also sponge cake from him. Mr. Bhardwaj is an exceptionally good teacher who understand students psyche and the level of knowledge that the student has and teaches accordingly for example I was a complete novice in cake baking but had cooked few Italian dishes before so knowledge imparted differed on both as per the need yet full knowledge was given to me on both topics. He also makes you feel very comfortable and after a time one forgets that one is cooking in front of a professionally trained chef. He also adjusts and teaches us to adjust our recipe as per availability of ingredients and as well as tools in hand. Its a sheer joy learning from him and he is the best teacher I have ever met. Good luck to all the lucky students who get to learn under his guidence. "
