I have been cooking for the past 10 years and have sufficient experience and knowledge of Indian and other global cuisines. I can tutor interested minds and help them get better at cooking with simple recipes that are exciting to eat! I love fresh and simple dishes with complex flavours. My biggest milestone yet has been winning Bronze at Amateur Chef of the Year competition, held at season 3 of World on a Plate (WOAP 2018) - India’s biggest gourmet festival. I had the utmost privilege of receiving the award from George Calombaris, Ranveer Brar, Sarah Todd and Saransh Goila !!! During my engineering semesters, I have interned at two renowned restaurants for a brief period of time. At Toast and Tonic Bangalore(CNN #5 on Top Restaurant Awards 2019 list), I worked in the pastry & bakery department and understood the ways used to showcase local ingredients in exceptional desserts. I had the opportunity to intern at Olive Bar and Kitchen Bangalore as well. I worked at the entree section of the hot kitchen and got a taste of how a commercial kitchen works. During my last semester break, I was mentored at a cafe with weekly challenges. I learnt to cook with local ingredients in creative and unconventional ways. I have participated at a Bake Sales and other competitions as well. I also won an online recipe contest hosted by a local restaurant, The Egg Factory in 2014.

We offer Authentic, unique home base cooking and baking classes for cakes, pastries, Cookies, breads, chocolates and veg, non-veg starter at Sarjapur Outer Ring road junction. Each class is a one day class and lasts for about 3 to 4 hours. Classes are scheduled on weekdays as well as on weekends. Menu for each class has been designed to make you expert in that category of cooking or baking, so you don't have to attend multiple classes for the same category. For example "Teacake with egg" class covers Muffins, Brownies, Multigrain cakes and Party cakes. In this class you will learn the base of Cakes, Muffins and Brownies where you can do any number of variations using the same base. In all the classes first half hour will be spend on explaining basics and frequently used technical terms in baking or cooking. In the cake class all the cakes are baked in the Convection Microwave, OTG and also on the Gas Stove so that you can bake whenever you feel like. Raw materials and notes are provided in the class. All you have to do is call us on contact given above to register for the class. So far over 200 men and women have been trained by us, and some of them have even started their own business in confectionary.
