My classes are customized to students interests and timings. We can fix a day and time as per your convenience. We make and bake together for 2.5- 3 hours so that if you face any issue or have any questions it can be clarified immediately. I teach what you would like to learn specifically rather than a multitude of similar recipes. So usually its 2-3 items per class only. Discounted rates if you get a friend along otherwise charges are usually 2000-2500 depending on what we are learning.The focus is on learning techniques so that you can bake anything else later and use different recipes rather than learning just one item. Classes include learning how to bake cakes and decorate them . Seperate classes are held if you want to learn how to work with fondant , covering cakes and basic decorations . Equipment and ingredient list is shared a week ahead of the class after the payment .

I had the opportunity to intern at Olive Bar and Kitchen Bangalore as well. I worked at the entree section of the hot kitchen and got a taste of how a commercial kitchen works. During my last semester break, I was mentored at a cafe with weekly challenges. I learnt to cook with local ingredients in creative and unconventional ways. I have participated at a Bake Sales and other competitions as well. I also won an online recipe contest hosted by a local restaurant, The Egg Factory in 2014.
