I am 21 years old and I weigh more than a quintal. Please suggest me Yogasana, Yogpranayam, ayurvedic medicines, eating schedule, drinking schedule, gym exercises, running schedule, etc. I have gained weight in last two years due to poor metabolism and improper eating habbits.

Piyush first of all don't change your food habits suddenly. It will cause you sudden nutritional deficiency . Break your meal time and take meal on morning, afternoon, evening and Nights. Breakfast should be good launch should be in small quantity and then take a breakfast time but small meal in evening and then ya the last in night. Breakfast on 8 am and dinner should be 9 pm will be okay.. launch at 12:30 to 1 pm and evening meal on 5-6pm.. Now come to asaan. Since you have increased your weight above 100 kg thus first thing start morning walk and after few 10-20 min of walk take 2-3 times running attemptes.. of a short lenght. It will boost your cardiac health..

Prefer geen salad and take dates(Iranian dates) fruits which will maintain your nutrition requirment.. if you want a chart on diet contact me on my ID . Will not charge you.. I just want to help you.. I have also decrease my weight from 90 to 68kg.. I know how it feel.

Hi...

There could be different reason for it (metabolism) say thyroid or due to other common habbit.. or thinking/emotional pattrrns.

but its good that as your focus is not on desease...
as you are looking for soultion through yoga here are the facts..

the very basic purpose of any type of yoga (i mean traditional indian yoga stream) is to balance your energies and in turn balance your glands again... in turn balance any dis-ease of body... which is the effect of imbalance energy flow in your body will be balanced.. say low weight over weight...hair, skin, eyes, any improper functioning organ... these are the very basic effects if you continue with yoga...( traditional indian yoga)

have you ever seen any person doing regular yoga and taking medicine...??? nope..

how many times a day upto 3 times..

regarding food habbit and all within 6 months you will find u r naturally attacted to more balance food ... and accuire peace and focuse...weight problem is not an issue anymore (in your case)

see results are endless .. .. but u hv to be regular (its really important) ... and gradually increase the time duration...

initial starting just don't ever rush go easy... in time it will increase so do the results...

and one more important thing wakeup at 4-5 in the morning everday it will change a lot ... if theres nothing to do just go and sit near plants...

Hi Piyush. Sorry to hear about your condition. But you can improve. First of all change your lifestyle.
Morning try to get up latest by 0500, if not then not let than 0600.
Finish your routine. Have a glass of warm water, add lime and honey. Drink it slowly.
Start walking slowly for minimum 45 minutes. Five minutes warm up before walk and five minutes cool down.
Three days you walk.
Three days you do Yog Abhayaas.
Look for a good teacher you understands your needs. If you can afford hire a Personal Yoga Teacher.
Afternoon have your lunch on time.
Avoid all junk food and soft drinks
Be Positive.

Daily one hour of yoga. Start from warm up then suryanamaskara 15 to 20 times. Along with asanas holding 30 sec. follow proper diet control. Stop eating White rice and nonveg for five days a week. Drink 4 litres of water. After dinner walk for 20 min. Avoid eating after 8 pm at night.

Hi Piyush,
Per W.H.O there are 4 pillars of optimal health
1. Sleep
2. Positive Mental Attitude
3. Nutritional Diet
4. Physical Exercise
I'll give a glimpse about each:
1. Sleep:- if you are a working professional you need 7- 8 hrs of continuous sleep is must if you are a student 6 hrs minimum is recommended.
2. Positive Mental Attitude:-
As someone already mentioned losing weight is a mind game and not just that maintaining health is as well. I recommend this book to read "Loose your weight not your mind".
3. Nutritional Diet: It's not how much you eat it's what you eat and when you eat and then comes how much.
A strict time table needs to be followed.
4. Physical Exercise:-
Do what you like. Of you don't like gym don't go. If you like swimming do it. Rather stressing your brains by doing not what you like better you burn your calories by doing what you like. And before all this it's a must for you to know about your body.
These things are recommended to get a clear picture:
1. Visceral Fat.
2. Muscle mass and Fat mass.
3. BMR.
4. Muscle and Fat control.
5. Body Fat mass.

Hi, Piyush, You may think over my suggestion as below, You are also welcome to comment please on my suggestions .
1. it is a mind game to reduce the weight, means you should make up your mind first.
2. If U may change your lifestyle a little , like go to bed 10 to 5 in the night .
3. Do pranayama & YOG asanas under the supervision of any Yog instructor please . pranayamas are like (1.) Chandra bhedi , for determination , (2) meditation or dhyan it will be much easier to get your mind in meditation , after omkar . + what ever your Yog instructor suggests You, depending on Your Nature ( Prakriti). asnas - Flexibility first, gradually sun salutation.
3. Do take Luke warm water through out the day, Green tea, three times in a day. make Sure that the saliva from your mouth , should go to your stomach, in every liquid & solid food, or water. you take. DO power yoga and aerobics to loss your weights, I have reason why are you do this, because in this aerobics, when you start doing this you have realise that you are doing cardio aerobics to improve your muscles or reduce your fats and Improve estamina, reduce cholestral issue which banefit in future, aerobics you can do easlly and entertainment and power yoga to realease your stress improve flaxiblity, straiching level.
Now food eat less by time to time whichever your schedule those breakfast - semi breakfast, lunch-semi lunch, than evening nasta have normal like green tea, than dinner only eat on your stomach 40 to 50% same follow the morning afternoon, evening, it is the easiest way to reduce your fats, you don't need any type of powder or supplement just be on yourself to reduce and healthy life.

Hi piyush, you just have to change your food habits reduce your weight from junk foods you should start eating food with more fibre and carbohydrates like raw vegetables reduce the sugar as much as possible, and to increase you metabolism drinking Aloe Vera juice in morning and night would be help full , drink regularly up to 3 to 4 liters of water, cultivate an habit of drinking warm water with honey in the morning it helps you reduce your weight and regular jogging and yoga is must and its an added advantage.

Hello Piyush.Ist of all stop eating fast foods and sugary food.They convert in glucose very fast.which transforms into fat.If you really want results .First make your mind that you have to do this in any condition.This isnt that easy .so be prepare first to burn yourself.Thn im here to give you your dream body shape

Dont change ur food habits suddenly,list out all ur poor food habits and take 3-5days to stop it.so in that way u can change and will stick to ur goal.Use compound exercises and light weight with high reps with min rest.And most imp have Patience.
