Hi It may sound orthodox in current "lets do any yoga trend" but one can't learn any traditional yoga just by reading a book to see/feel its magic you need initaition... from anyone who knows it well ... its passed on like this... yes book may be helpful for reference... but not tht... its (any traditional indian yoga) live ...

I am 21 years old and I weigh more than a quintal. Please suggest me Yogasana, Yogpranayam, ayurvedic...

Hi... There could be different reason for it (metabolism) say thyroid or due to other common habbit.. or thinking/emotional pattrrns. but its good that as your focus is not on desease... as you are looking for soultion through yoga here are the facts.. the very basic purpose of any type of yoga (i mean traditional indian yoga stream) is to balance your energies and in turn balance your glands again... in turn balance any dis-ease of body... which is the effect of imbalance energy flow in your body will be balanced.. say low weight over weight...hair, skin, eyes, any improper functioning organ... these are the very basic effects if you continue with yoga...( traditional indian yoga) have you ever seen any person doing regular yoga and taking medicine...??? nope.. how many times a day upto 3 times.. regarding food habbit and all within 6 months you will find u r naturally attacted to more balance food ... and accuire peace and focuse...weight problem is not an issue anymore (in your case) see results are endless .. .. but u hv to be regular (its really important) ... and gradually increase the time duration... initial starting just don't ever rush go easy... in time it will increase so do the results... and one more important thing wakeup at 4-5 in the morning everday it will change a lot ... if theres nothing to do just go and sit near plants...

Hi.. now a days due to new yoga trend we have lost the real meaning of yoga. YOGA means union... exp i wan t to learn yoga !!! yoga of wht yoga asana... yoga pranayam... astanga yoga ... haat yoga... etc... in simple terms union with your higherself or comic enery to revitalize your 5 bodies and in turn soul is true essence of yoga ... If it is so then why to think when should i revitalize myself... and more over if you are in yoga (union with consMic enery) then why to break the union and think about reestablishment of union with higherself... one should always be in union to lead a complete life.. whenever u feel u are disconnected you should do.. ofcourse if its yoga asana tou Need to do empty stomach...
