Yoga tutor at home teaching since 20years

Yoga has given me tremendous changes in health.Yoga keep me stress free and relax.My flexibility and immunity and strength has been improved. By doing regular practice of asanas,pranayam and meditation I feel very active and fit whole the day.It is therefore.i like Yoga to be routine in my life.
