Best time for practicing is always early in the morning at 5 am and 6am and evening 5pm and 6pm.In the morning and evening body is relaxed and flexible for taking poses of asanas and mind also calm and relax.
But it does not means that other time are not suitable.One can practice Hathayoga at his convenient time.

The best time to practice Hatha Yoga is either:
🌅 Early Morning (Brahma Muhurta – around 4:30 AM to 6:30 AM)
This is considered the most spiritually powerful time. The mind is calm, the air is fresh, and your body is naturally lighter after rest.
🧘♀️ Practicing at this time sets a positive tone for the entire day, enhancing energy, focus, and emotional balance.
☀️ Morning (around 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM)
If early morning isn’t practical, any time before breakfast is also ideal. Your stomach is empty, your mind is relatively clear, and your body is waking up — making it a perfect time to build flexibility and inner focus.

Yes, you can practice Hatha Yoga in the evening (before dinner) — especially if you’re using it to:
