My yoga routine is to practise hath yoga twice a week and meditate everyday.

I start yoga practice from 5 am to 6 am in the following order.Warmimg up,Asanas up to 5.40 am.10 minutes pranayama,and meditation for 10 minutes. In asanas I cover standing,sitting,prone,supine,balancing and bending postures
