Ashtanga yoga ate the eight limbs of yoga. Yama, Niyama, Aasan, Pranayama, Pratyahaara, Dhyaan, Dharana and Ssmadhi. You start praxticing by yama one principal at time. Practice Aasan and then after three months go to Pranayama. Then you will see the results.
