Here are some of the easiest Hatha Yoga poses for beginners:  

1. Mountain Pose (Tadasana):

- Stand tall with feet together, arms at sides.  

- Engage your core, lengthen your spine, and breathe deeply.  

2. Child’s Pose (Balasana):

- Sit on your heels, stretch your arms forward, and rest your forehead on the mat.  

- Great for relaxation and stretching the back.  

3. Easy Pose (Sukhasana) 

- Sit cross-legged with a straight back and hands resting on your knees.  

- Helps with meditation and breath control.  

4. Cat-Cow Stretch (Marjaryasana-Bitilasana): 

- Alternate between arching your back (Cow) and rounding it (Cat).  

- Improves spine flexibility and relieves tension.  

5. Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana):

- Lift your hips up and stretch your arms and legs.  

- Strengthens the body and improves circulation.  

6. Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana):

- Lie on your stomach and lift your chest using your hands.
