"Had a great experience with sir. Loved his dedication and efforts . I did weight training , both upper body and lower body , kickboxing and yoga with sir . He also taught me many stretches for my flexibility. I like it that we did exercises only after stretching and warm up and we also stretched after doing the exercises, which is the right method . Kickboxing and yoga day was my personal favorites. Weight training I felt there could have been more variety and creativity in choice of exercises but overall it was a great experience. "
