Feeling sick or dizzy, especially if you're not used to it.
 
A lot of soreness or pain if you're new or doing a hard class.
 
Mental health issues like anxiety or depression if you don't practice in a safe place.

Yoga  gives positive and good effect on Mind and body if done properly.If the yoga practice done with wrong ways or styles it effects negatively like body pain,muscle spasm or sprain and tiredness. Yoga Asanas and pranayam must be done under certified yoga teacher's guidence and supervisions.There are certain rules to be followed by learner.Firstly warming up and stretching exercise very important before starting yoga.Asanas must be done as per health.If the person having cervical or lumber spondylitis they should avoid forward bending practices.If the person having high BP, or cardiac problems certain assnss should be avoided.
