Yoga Asanas and pranayam must be done under certified yoga teacher's guidence and supervisions.There are certain rules to be followed by learner.Firstly warming up and stretching exercise very important before starting yoga.Asanas must be done as per health.If the person having cervical or lumber spondylitis they should avoid forward bending practices.If the person having high BP, or cardiac problems certain assnss should be avoided. read less
