Hi Gulfam! Yoga is essentially is the same for all. At the same time, adults and kids should be going different yoga classes due to the teaching style. Kids will get bored easily in adult classes, which is why they need more interactive activities and playful language to engage in the asanas. Also, beacuse their bones are soft they can do a lot of asanas without any difficulty. So, because of their differences in the physical structure and the way they respond, the classes need to be different. read less

No it depends on age, flexibility, eagerness, medical condition etc. There are case when a adult is not able to do a particular asan but a child will do it easily. And when a child cannot do it the adult do it easily.

As far as techniques are concerned, no major ddicference. But may be some changes in breathing pattern, holding time, etc., basically kids adviced to not hold the breathe.
