Hi Gulfam! Yoga is essentially is the same for all. At the same time, adults and kids should be going different yoga classes due to the teaching style. No it depends on age, flexibility, eagerness, medical condition etc. There are case when a adult is not able to do a particular asan but a child will do it easily. And when a child cannot do it the adult do it easily.
