I have been practicing Yoga since 7 years. I am a qualified and certified Yoga teacher and tutor; with 4 years of teaching experience in India and also in New Zealand.
The motto is to Heal and thus my Reiki (certified level 2) practice complements my Yoga practice and teaching.
I have experience in teaching various kinds of Yoga techniques.
I enjoy teaching to all the age groups (even chidren from age of 5yrs), with respect to their requirements, strengths and limitations, contra-indications, life styles and their fitness goal.

"Yoga" can be practiced every second of the day! Well, to release the physical stress one can perform mobility, stretches. Nect rotation shoulder rotations, ankle rotations, back twisting, etc.

Thrice a week is preferable. So that you are regularly learning under the trainer & rest 4 days of the week you can practice on your own. Otherwise it depends on your availability. You can also go for 5 days a week if you can't workout in absence of the trainer.

As far as techniques are concerned, no major ddicference. But may be some changes in breathing pattern, holding time, etc., basically kids adviced to not hold the breathe.
