Yoga is the best thing I started few years ago. It rejuvenates my mind, keeps me active and helps staying positive whole day. Yoga is the simplest form of workout wrt mental and physical health and suitable for all age group. Due to our busy life, we often forget to take care of our health. Yoga helps us to achieve physical as well as mental fitness. I do it regularly from about 1hr and i feel energised and relaxed after doing this, it has really helped me a lot. My life became change, my perception of looking things has changed. I have become more optimistic!! read less
