It depends on your need of health issues, physical condition, mental condition, interest, and time. But at least 5 times a week, 60 minutes of Yoga practice will give you better results.

It really depends on what you want from it. Doing once is week is also good but the benefits and results will be seen over long period. If done daily its the best thing.
