You have to do yoga for 1 hr .
4 to 5 days in a week.
If you don't have enough time to practice yoga.
You can also try some body stretches before going to sleep or after sleep regularly.
That fill definitely help you.
Because it's increase your blood pressure so that your body functions easily.

If you do suryanamaskar, meditation or Pranayam regularly it's definitely improve your mental health you feel calm.so that you can calmly Handel ups and downs in your relationship .it's surely help in your relationship.
108 time Gayatri mantra also improve your overall situation.
