How does one learn yoga by oneself?

Yoga tutor at home teaching since 20years

One can learn yoga by oneself by online class under proper guidence and supervision. Self learning is not advisable as there may wrong practice of asanas and pranayam which is harmful. He can watch videos on yoga and practice accordingly but such practice is not perfect.

One can learn yoga oneself through online or books. But its waste of time and we cant achieve or get results. Instead of selfhelp always learn through experts or seniors

You cannot master yoga by yourself, however you can try and learn/improve a lot of poses from online sources. There are online yoga diploma courses provided by a lot of institutions from rishikesh itself.

First of all gain fundamental knowledge and practice of yoga.... every month observe the effect of asanaas and Pranayam on yr body and mind..if there is any mistake in doing yoga step so improve gradually..this observation will create experience..
