There are 12 yogasanas to reduce obesity. Among these 4 are done by standing, 3 by sitting, 2 by lying in reverse, and 3 by lying upright. Do each asana 50 to 100 times. As time progresses, increase these numbers slowly.

Not recommeded. it is very unhealty way of losing weight. monthly 1.5 to 2kg is way to go. Through yoga one can achieve that. i lost 10 kgs in an year simply by doing pranayams and surya namaskars regularly. hope this answers
