you can easily learn by internet, but in my opinion to learn anything there must be a GURU so that the supreme power also direct us towards the righteous path, at present time we are becoming too much virtual but it is really bad for all of us ...my suggestion learn under the supervision of your teacher, and senior who is experienced and without guru there is no meaning of yoga as yoga defines the integrity itself ...so try that learn from elder and experienced because internet can not give the all questions answer of your mind something is there beyond the science .....that is called yoga read less

Yoga is not exactly a physical exercise. It involves mental exercise as well. If looked up to internet person might find himself getting puzzled on which is better site and what exactly to do. So it's advisable to consult a pro who can understand your areas of concern and help you work on it.

its not really advisable to learn yoga by ourself in beginer level. For learning yoga it must under guidance of any good instructor. As in yoga, postures have to be perfect then only it gives you proper benefit and in case of wrong posture in any yoga asana it can be big hazard for joints , muscles or internally. Defenetly you can practice without the instructor at home through utube but for that case also you must be having some mirrors around the wall sothat you can check yourself if the asana posture is perfect. read less
