Tutor's home I went to the centre for 2 days for drop in classes and enjoyed the quality of the lessons and the nice atmosphere they created in this beautiful place. The yoga teacher is very professional. The fact that the place is a bit away from the main road enables to enjoy silence necessary for meditation. The view from the rooftop during morning classes is quite unique. Awesome yoga.Tremendous. Thank you so much niket bhaiyya for giving me such a wonderful opportunity.

Provide a yoga class where the mere physical exercise or gets am not limited to rugs and yoga class just physical but not the overall health (physical, mental and spiritual health benefits) recovery and development. Postures, taught in sorted form of pranayama, meditation. Consider compound exercises and feelings remain awareness of the practice. Class of such sum is better than most.

you can easily learn by internet, but in my opinion to learn anything there must be a GURU so that the supreme power also direct us towards the righteous path, at present time we are becoming too much virtual but it is really bad for all of us ...my suggestion learn under the supervision of your teacher, and senior who is experienced and without guru there is no meaning of yoga as yoga defines the integrity itself ...so try that learn from elder and experienced because internet can not give the all questions answer of your mind something is there beyond the science .....that is called yoga

you can either take regular admission by giving entrance and than interview or also can do distance course degree ...but must remember do not join anywhere firstly take all the information about the institution bacause so many unregisterded fake institution are at the present. my choice in dev sanskriti vishwavidyalaya, uttrakhand open university, uttrakhand sanskrit vishwavidyalaya, gurukul kangdi, sanchi university, patanjali university, morar ji desai, and so many
