What is Mindfulness?
Do you hear a voice in your head. Yes, the same voice that tells you "You're late", the same voice that tells you, "Work hard!"
The same voice, that is telling you right NOW, "What is this author trying to tell?"
This voice in your head are your thoughts, they may be audible, visual or even a feeling.
When you transcend your thoughts, it means when you reach a thoughtless state (A state of mind when you have no thoughts!)
This state of thoughtless awareness is called, Mindfulness!
