The unique workshop smart meditation is a stress management and rejuvenation technique which is very simple to adopt into our lives yet very effective. Teens tuning is another unique program for the teenage students for the overall personality development.

"Instead of making meditation a mere daily ritual of few minutes and for the rest of the day becoming a slave of our life situations, learn to be in the present moment . Enjoy stillness always and Accept all life situations without any resistance. Just be and enjoy being. MINDFULNESS was taught by buddha, and also by new age teachers like jiddu krishnamurthi, Nisargadatta maharaj. In the words of Buddha 'Refuge to the man is mind and refuge to the mind is MINDFULNESS.Mr. Subramani Sarode as a guide and mentor taught me this technique in three weeks. EXCELLENT. "

We can love anything, parents, house, health, wealth....But the real love is beyond measurement. It's feeling of oneness, so there will not be any expectations whatsoever from the loved ones.
