Shavasana is the best for mind and body relaxation, inversion pose, Ardhahalsana, Shoulderstand ansana also beneficial for leg, back, stomach and facial organs ,most of people working in sitting pose only so automatically they have fat on stomach, for reducing fat on stomach Boat pose is important another benefit of boat pose is body as well as mind balancing. One meditative asana like Padmasana.
