"I always heard of classes from yogifitmonica but as I live far off I wasn't sure if I should attend. Then I decided to just give it a try. Trust me it was one of the best decisions. She is definitely a big expensive but it's worth as the quality of service provided is outstanding and can never match with any other teacher. Whether you are a beginner or at any stage of practice Monica makes sure he has some variation for you to try. This is what keeps me hooked to every practice. Yes, you can workout instead of gym you can start with basic like yoga and also balance your diet intake. The diet will help you lose weight, and exercise like yoga will tone your body. Sometimes it's challenging to control on our food n maintain your diet plan so try to train your brain by practising meditation and Pranayam.
