"Yoga is a domain that can sometimes get overwhelming in its vastness. Monica is the kind of Yoga Guru who can dive into that vastness with ease and pick out the exact oysters that are just right for you. I have been training with her just for over a month. Even in this short period of time, I have been amazed at her knowledge and her ability to apply that knowledge to my exact needs. She also has a very serene approach to training, even when she is pushing you to challenge your limits, which makes the practice a fulfilling experience. "

It is ok, no one is born dancer as such. You can definetely be a good dancer if you keep on practicing daily. Have trust and faith on yourself and you can do it.
