This course is for all to be fit and healthy. I conduct persinalised class and group class. Before conducting the class your medical and past history will be noted and accordingly as per your need class will be conducted so that student gain maximum benefit of practicing yoga.

You can learn yoga asana, pranayam, meditation,etc

Pranayam and meditation is very good practice to relax your mind and brings calm. It completely relaxs your nervous system.

Bez of pandemic Covid-19 now all classes will be conducted online via whats up video or skype or zoom.

Any other platform if u suggest for conducting online class is also ok..suggestions always welcome😊

I am expert in astanga traditional yoga which includes meditation and i have done my 300hrs teacher training course from mysore astanga school and is in teaching profession for 10 years now. I completed my post graduate diploma in yogic education from kaiwalyadham yoga institute and have appeared for QCI Exam government of ayush. I teach for calming mind, relaxation,pranic healing, weight loss, good stamina, flexibility, complete body toning, yoga as per your illness e.g diabetics, arthritis, thyroid, etc. I believe yoga is result oriented because I give my best service no compromise in quality of service.

Not only is she able to effectively break down poses so that you understand its key components, she then masterfully brings it all back together in a sequence to allow for a truly embodied experience. Plus, she always manages to make it fun, She also pays individual attention to people in the class. She will re-position you to help you get that extra boost from a pose . Once you start you will never stop, Highly recommended! "

"I always heard of classes from yogifitmonica but as I live far off I wasn't sure if I should attend. Then I decided to just give it a try. Trust me it was one of the best decisions. She is definitely a big expensive but it's worth as the quality of service provided is outstanding and can never match with any other teacher. Whether you are a beginner or at any stage of practice Monica makes sure he has some variation for you to try. This is what keeps me hooked to every practice. She realises that every body is different and there is no one pose fits all kinda deal. She is patient, co operative and super amazing. "
