I am RYT 200 hr certified yoga instructor

Morning is alws best for meditation as the atmosphere is quiet & clam around...but this is not compulsory that u should do meditation in morning..u can do meditation any time just surrounding should quiet around you..

For meditation time is the best timing is morning..so wake up & fresh..sit in the comfortable posture..i sit in lotus pose & first take deep breathing & I use headphones in my ears & start listening om chanting..make gyan mudra with your finger & start my meditation next 20-25min....

24/7, but start from early morning 4:30 am at east 15 min ever day, then it will naturally come 24/7

Why do my legs go numb when meditating?
