Why do my legs go numb when meditating?

More then 7 years of experience to heal bad mental and physical health though yoga and meditation.

Due to the pressure it give your body while sitting for so long in one posture hence the blood flow get slow and you feel the numbness. To avoid it sit in a cofurtable position.
