How long does it take to see results from meditation?

More then 7 years of experience to heal bad mental and physical health though yoga and meditation.

It varies from person to person but to see some visual results it will take atleast 4 weeks time.

Well it depends on the person's mental level and awareness and the level of calmness he has naturally or he/she would develop. Some people see a drastic changes in few sessions only and some take longer period of time
