Of course meditation is the perfect solution to develop patience,calmness. As it balances our breathing pattern, our body systems. Even it changes the way we think n live the life. Meditation relaxes our mind n gives us a soothing feeling.

When we are meditating we practicing mindfullness which increases our sensory awareness. So whenever we are feeling an emotion our minds tries to understand the emotion and gives us the root and outcome of it. Which makes us more patient. :)
