Anjan has really good knowledge of exercise mechanics. Even if a particular machine or equipment isn’t available, he always finds a way to modify the exercise so it still targets the same muscle properly. He constantly pushes you to work towards your goals, but in a sensible way. On days when energy levels are low, he adjusts the workout and makes sure the exercises are done according to how the person is feeling, without overdoing it. He also has a good understanding of how to tailor nutrition plans based on individual needs, which really helps with overall progress. He’s very professional when it comes to training, and every session feels well thought out and effective. I’m truly grateful to have found him as my trainer.
