As a Freelance Gym Personal Trainer, you will work independently with clients to help them reach their fitness goals through personalized training sessions. This role involves creating tailored workout plans, offering nutrition and lifestyle guidance, and training clients either at the gym, in their homes, or online. You are your own boss flexible, self-driven, and passionate about fitness and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess client fitness levels, needs, and goals through consultations

Design and deliver personalized workout programs (weight loss, strength, mobility, etc.)

Train clients in gym settings, at home, or virtually via video calls

Provide ongoing motivation, accountability, and progress tracking

Teach correct form and ensure safety during all exercises

Offer basic dietary advice and wellness support (if certified)

Build and manage your own client base and schedule

Stay updated with fitness trends, techniques, and certifications
