Why can’t I just do cardio?

S ma u cant to do like that. U should need a lady trainer for few months after 3 month u can do easily without anyone help. If u free make me call I'm yoga priya yoga aerobics and zumba dance fitness instructor for ladies.

Only depending on Cardio for long time, it may lead to Knee pains, Joints pains etc. in future. Along with Cardio, Strengthening is must.
