HR Manager must have initiative, resourcefulness, depth of perception, maturity in judgment and analytical ability. He must possess intellectual integrity so that he can be unbiased and objective towards the problems of both the management and the employees.

Good HR Manager needs to have the qualities of Diplomatic, Convincing, etc., Should have a thorough knowledge of entire HR Statutory to enable the HR to provide the information when needed either by the Management or the employees.
