You should go for high protein diet. it must include seafood, chicken, brocolli, eggs and whey protein.

Hi try to eat lean meat like chicken, egg whites, lean beef or lean grounded beef, fish, channa, broccoli, dal & pulses, panner made out of low fat milk last but not least whey protein.

Hi....do this only if you are training properly and resting like a pro: 1. Macronutrients : You can have your carbs by eating wheat, white rice, beans, fruits and vegetables. Honey and jaggery (gud) can be used if you have sugar cravings. For protein you can have whole eggs chicken fish n whey which are fast digesting.....red meat can be taken once or twice a week. ....for fats u can use ghee, coconut oil, groundnut oil ....butter can be used in small amounts. 3. Micronutrients : include vitamins n minerals......u must have multivitamin. fish oil. If u feel u are still low in energy....have zinc ..vitamin d ...n calcium supplements as well. Food that are rich in protien. Protien intake should be high and if you are planning to build lean muscles then it should be equal to your weight. For eg 70 kg = 70 kg of protien. Protien eg egg, chicken,soya etc
