The sessions with Rakshitha have been incredibly informative and supportive in helping me lose weight in a sustainable way. I’ve already lost around 3 kg in a short period, thanks to her constant guidance and motivation. Her encouragement keeps me committed to my healthy routine. I actually feel disappointed on days without yoga—that’s how much it has become a positive part of my daily life. Yoga has also helped improve my mental health. I used to be very moody, but now I feel much more positive and happy. I no longer experience that constant feeling of tiredness. My energy levels have improved significantly. Though I initially found the stretches and asanas challenging, I can now complete 10 rounds of Surya Namaskar with full energy and confidence I am really looking forward to continuing this journey and learning more through the upcoming sessions.
