I have been practicing Yoga for the past 15 years and been teaching for the past 5 years. I have 2 certification in Yoga. I am willing to take online classes or travel to teach. Currently teaching one student at my residence. Yoga really helps in calming the mind and significantly improving flexibility apart from keeping us fit and energetic.
