My name is Mayur Shashidhar Nandihalli. A true blue Bengalurean :D I have been a daily practitioner of Yoga for the last 15 years , after having discovered its wonders at a summer camp for children in an ashram in Bangalore back in 2000. That i am glad to say, led to a genuine interest in Yoga for the rest of my life. After a successful 9 year stint in the BPO Industry, spent working for some of the best companies in the business in the most diverse roles such as answering calls, a Voice and Accent Trainer, a Verification/Credentialing Associate. A deep longing remained for something other than a desk and a chair. This is when i rediscovered the magic of my Yoga mat and the wonderful powers of Yoga. This new journey then led me to a Yoga Instructor course in June of 2015 and a fresh start as Freelance Yoga Instructor. My experience from the BPO Industry has helped me develop my own clear, relaxing and a completely unique style of instructing which i believe can cater to people of all needs, ages and individuality.

I teach Meditation, yoga , Pranayama, yogic kriyas, 5 body balancing, 5 body alingment, chakra cleaning meditation and active meditation. benefits are endless i.e. memory power, concentration, self confidence, body fitness, good health, antiaging, joy and happiness, positive thinking and positive life, creating the oppertunity and live the way you want, transform yourself to better you. Past 20 years I am doing meditation yogic kriyas and pranayama.
