I am teaching students for last 12 years. My students range from 6 years to 65 years. Right now teaching nearly 40 students in groups and also individually.

Over the past few years Ribhu developed unique Dhrupad learning framework for students who are novice with music can enter the world of Dhrupad and can carry forward this art-music naturally. Ribhu has taught over 20 disciples who can independently perform at present.

Music has been a lifelong love. I have been performing since primary school days, and have performed in India (Kolkata, Mumbai, Bangalore) and in the US. I have performed solo on Bengali and Kannada TV channel shows. In spite of the demands of my doctoral and post-doctoral research in chemistry, and subsequent senior level analytical chemistry roles in the biopharmaceutical sector, I started teaching music on demand in 2017. Since then, I have gradually shifted focus from the corporate sector to music performance and teaching, with over 50 students all across the world. I have been fortunate to learn from my stalwart gurus - Sri Ramapada Nandi of Bishnupur Gharana, Sri Omkar Dadarkar of Gwalior Gharana, and Pandit Iman Das of Patiala Gharana.
