Music has been a lifelong love. I have been performing since primary school days, and have performed in India (Kolkata, Mumbai, Bangalore) and in the US. I have performed solo on Bengali and Kannada TV channel shows. In spite of the demands of my doctoral and post-doctoral research in chemistry, and subsequent senior level analytical chemistry roles in the biopharmaceutical sector, I started teaching music on demand in 2017. Since then, I have gradually shifted focus from the corporate sector to music performance and teaching, with over 50 students all across the world. I have been fortunate to learn from my stalwart gurus - Sri Ramapada Nandi of Bishnupur Gharana, Sri Omkar Dadarkar of Gwalior Gharana, and Pandit Iman Das of Patiala Gharana.

I am a experienced and qualified tutor with 13 years of experience in Bharathanatyam, Mohiniyattam and Carnatic music. Passionate about singing and dancing. I take individual class for all my students. So far I have worked in D360, World culture Institute and KK Kalamandir. I have been trained under Kalashetra [Chennai], Sreedevi Unni [ Monisha Arts] Padmini Ramachandran [Nirthya Kalashetra].

Currently studying and planning to open my own makeup institute as well as personality development classes I have done courses from reputed colleges like kmmc and mu academy also bombay school of makeup and sa re ga ma music academy, and I have a good experience on how to handle student and teach them without getting them bored because teaching should be fun!

With more than 10+ years of experience, we are working towards spreading the beauty of hindustani classical singing in youth. Based on Gwalior gharana paddhati, we impart the traditional nuances of signing. Journey of a student begins with voice culturing, pitch corrections, range extensions and then going deep into the ocean of Ragas To constantly check the progress, we conduct frequent concerts, mehfils, Baithaks covering all kinds of singing including Bollywood, Sufi, bhajans, Gazals, semi classical and pure classical renditions.

I was a student and I also taught in my home town for 2 years. I would like to start classes here also. I would like to take online classes if long distance and home tuition if the student is staying in Neeladri Nagar or Electronic city phase 1. I am certified in both carnatic music vocal and playing Veena. I am now pursuing my post graduation so I will be available in the evening times in working days only. I don't have any problem with age groups or any genders provided I want my salary as 1000 per class. I will take twice or thrice per week depending on the student's interest. I am currently looking to teach vocal classes because I don't have my instrument with me right now. In future if I get my Instrument then I can also teach Veena.
