Go for one on one classes if you wish to get guru's 100% attention. Group classes are also beneficial as you will get motivated by seeing other students; after all, you learn from how much you observe their mistakes and their techniques online classes are convenient but not that helpful.

If the learner is a kid who is a fresher, then learn at private(face to face). If they learned before, they could follow any other way like in an academy/online, etc.. But the main thing is we have to trust the Guru whoever they are. We have to practice that is very important.
